The personal data supplied will be used by the parish for institutional purposes connected with the Peaceful Act Prize competition and the knowledge transfer of the candidate project in accordance with the activities indicated in the consent at the bottom of the form. The personal data provided, including the picture in the photographs/videos, will be processed respecting the law in force on data processing and the confidentiality obligations set out.

The data supplied will be processed with electronic tools respecting the law in force and the principles set out by Art. 5, GDPR (lawfulness, transparency, minimisation, security, limitation of storage and the purposes and empowerment of the Controller). Please be advised that the consent of the person concerned is not requested for the data processing, as the lawfulness of processing is based on the institutional purposes connected to the actions for which consent is requested.


Supply of the data is optional. However, failure to supply it will not allow use of the images and/or audio-visual clips of the person concerned for the purposes indicated above and so the procedure, i.e. registration, cannot be completed.


The personal data (images and audio-visual clips) may be communicated, published and/or disseminated in any form within the limits pertinent to the processing purposes indicated. Such data may be published on the web portal of the event (, the parish’s institutional sites, sites of partners as indicated in the portal, video conference platforms and official pages of the parish on Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. Similarly, they could be therefore be extracted by the common search engines in on-line searches carried out by third parties.

The data will be processed by authorised persons (assigned to the technical support of the platform, researchers, etc.), and authorised external collaborators, in turn required to respect the confidentiality and the requirements set out on data processing. The data may also be entrusted to third party companies in the ICT sector, in turn nominated as external Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28, GDPR.


The person concerned can exercise their rights with regard to the Data Controller, set out by Arts. 15-22 of Regulation EU 2016/679 where applicable at any time - right of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing and opposition to processing.

Audio/video clips are equated to temporary processing for the purposes of the occasional publication of articles and, as a result, respect the provisions of the Codes of Practice on the processing of personal data in published journalism pursuant to Art. 20, sub-paragraph 4, Legislative Decree of 10 August 2018, no. 101 - 29 November 2018.

The data will not be processed for commercial or marketing purposes or transferred to third parties, and will be preserved for the time necessary (not less than 5 years) on achieving the purpose for which it was collected and respecting the principles as per Art. 5, GDPR.
